Where a bar once was...

The well know phrase, 'It may get worse before it gets better, but it will get better!' seems quite apt at this point.

The Antrobus Arms currently could not be further from a pub, it is a now a shell.  From that shell will blossom a new, revived and refreshed Antrobus Arms.

We have had a very productive week on the project, both in terms of the refurbishment but also with all the things that make a pub work.  We have been busy bees back at the George & Dragon (www.georgeanddragoncheshire.co.uk), planning drinks lists, meeting various beverage suppliers, compiling orders for new glassware, crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment, new coffee machine, new ePos system to name a few.

Floor layout.

Just today we have arranged for our new Antrobus Arms colleagues to start joining us at the George & Dragon to spend a bit of time with us.  Partly to show them how and what we do, but mainly the why we do what we do.  We have spent 8 years building our relationship with our customers and right at the front line of that are our colleagues.  To help them keep our customers experience consistently good we put a lot of effort in to making their work lives as easy, stress free and enjoyable as possible. If our colleagues love what they do, the customer will undoubtedly get the best possible experience.
